Coast Guard Cruze-In Car Show

Coast Guard City, USA is the greatest venue for a car show! Bring your Antique, Classic, Vintage, Muscle Car, Street Rod, Tin Lizzy, Motorcycle, or any favorite vehicle to Grand Haven’s most outstanding car show. Awards, chosen by Coast Guard Personnel, Festival Committee, and Trophy sponsors, will be awarded at 1:30pm. The DJ will play your favorite music, and there will be lots of places to grab a bite to eat.

Call the Coast Guard Festival office at (616) 846-5940 to obtain a registration form or you can download the one here. Deadline for registration is July 11, 2018.

  2. 2nd year we went to this car show and when we arrived people were saving spots with their chairs and they were rude and didn’t let you park there. We arrived about 7am and when it came to the awards as last year looks like the same people won and they had fewer awards from last year but, thought out the show they were naming all of the sponsors and thinking where did all of the items go that the sponsors gave. I know that they were giving out door prizes but, not many door prizes. We don’t think that we will be going to this car show next year.

  3. Well, we thought we would try this show again and give it another chance. The weather was very hot and a small breeze coming from the water. We arrived at 8am this year and there was no place to park down the main street and we had to park in the overflow parking near the water. Again people were saving spot with their chairs for other people. This year you had to pay $1 for a ballot to vote on a car. People were paying anywhere from $50 to $300 for a ballots so, they would win! That is very wrong and then they were posting who was a head-on votes. they had just a few door prizes for over 500 cars that came. They were doing 50/50 and what do you know someone from their car club won! That does not surprise me at all. The whole show was not far on how it went. Well, we are definitely not going to this show again. If you are going to show a car don’t! Just come to look at the cars only.
