  1. Sunday 7-9-17 Weather was just a little cool about 65 degrees. We arrived about 8:30am and there were only 7 cars there. Cleaned the car just a little since it was cleaned already from the car show on Saturday in Zeeland. We watch as all of the cars came in and then at 9am we could register. The flyer that Mr. Lopez was handing our when earlier in the months had a $10 registration fee as you can see on the flyer. Later we found out that he raised it to $15 to register which is a bit steep! for a car show. People were confused as we were on what the fee was but, it was $15. Mr. Lopez had some local restaurant bring in mexican food which was very good. He had break dancers there and some of the low riders were bouncing their cars. They had mexican music playing and later some other music and then back to mexican music. It was a good turn out 98 cars registered was on his property and he still had more room. There were all types of cars, trucks, and motorcycles that show up. We were not expecting that many cars there. People came from Muskegon, Saginaw, Kalamazoo, Chicago! and their car clubs. Mr. Lopez gave out 50 best cars plaques and 6ft award for the best car club. We won! one of the best 50 plaques. Mr. Lopez will not have this every year and this one was the last that he had at his house.
