Camaros of Michigan Car Show Vendors Application Form  

for the car show, we are going to have on August 2, 2025 

Camaros of Michigan has a car show every year. We raise money for charities and if you would like to partake in our car show and would like to sell your products or be a food vendor at our car show fill out the information below. 

If a canopy or canopies are used at the event they must be tied down with weights if on the blacktop or if on a grass area it must be anchored down into the grass.

We asked for a donation of $25 non-refundable for each 10’X10′ space. Only limited space is available.

Note: In the event of bad weather meaning lighting or other acts of nature out of our control. You would get a refund back the same way you paid for your space. Which means we would be canceling the show.

If you don’t show up because something came up and you could not make it there will be no refund on your space.

  Rain or Shine we will still be having the car show.
