Each badge comes with 3M adhesive tape on the back for easy peel-and-stick installation.

Please allow 2 to 5 days for print time depending how big you want the badge or quanity or we might have one in stock.

Important: Please carefully choose and check the desired location before applying the badge. Once applied, the badge cannot be adjusted or repositioned if it is placed unevenly or if you change your mind. Although the badge can be removed, it can be reused, but you will need to apply new 3M adhesive tape before reinstalling it.

These badges are available in PLA, PETG, ABS or ASA filament and are designed to withstand normal exposure to sun and rain. However, as with any 3D-printed product, prolonged exposure to extreme weather and direct sunlight may eventually affect the material.

PLA If you are going to install the badge some place inside your house or grarage and not in direct sun light or where the temputure is HOT we would be recommend to choose PLA. This could break under pressure and can break. The look is better and smooth when printing than PETG.

PETG If you are going to install the badge some place outside in direct sunlight long peroids of time it could start to get soft which will take more heat than PLA and has better stronger properties than PLA.

ABS If you are going to install the badge some place outside in direct sunlight long peroids of time it could start to get soft which will take even more heat than PETG and has even better stronger properties than PETG.

ASA If you are going to install the badge some place outside will take the weather better in sun light and color weather will get soft at some point and will take more heat than ABS and has great stronger properties than ABS.

Choose Your Finish

PETG seems to be the most popular choice because it has a shine finish that gives the badge a sleek appearance. PLA, ABS, ASA have a more traditional, less shine finish. But you might possibly seen more of the printing line on diffrent surface of the badge if you choose smooth. If you choose texture you will not see the lines and will have a texture glitter like apperance when you move it around in the light.

PETG, ABS, ASA, 3-D printed

These are PETG, ABS, or ASA 3D-printed. ABS has a dull look to the badge which, PETG has a more shiney look to it’s appreance as ASA also has a dull look to the badge apperence.

PETG Melting Temperature

Melting temperature: Approximately 230–250°C (167–185°F)

PETG doesn’t have a sharp melting point some plastices. Instead, it gradually softens as it heats up.

ABS Melting Temperatures

Melting temperature: Approximately 200–240°C (176–212°F)

Because ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is an amorphous thermoplastic rather than a pure crystal, it gradually transitions from a solid to a viscous liquid rather than melting at an exact temperature.

ASA Melting Temperatures

Melting temperature: Approximately 85–100°C (185–212°F)

ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) filament is an engineering-grade thermoplastic known for its exceptional UV stability, high impact strength, and weather reistance, serving as a superior outdoor alternative to ABS. ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) can typically starts to soften or deform.

Note: PETG smooth selection will not be 100% smooth and will have some small texture from the printing. The textured selection will have an even texture across the entire badge almost looks like the giltter when you hold it in the light. Thickness of this badge is 4mm
