Camaros of Michigan Car Show Vendors Application Form  

for the car show, we are going to have on August 1, 2026 

Camaros of Michigan hosts an annual car show to raise money for local charities.
If you would like to participate in our car show as a vendor and sell your products, please fill out the information below.

Your support helps us continue giving back to the community, and we appreciate your interest in being part of our event.

If a canopy or canopies are used at the event, they must be properly secured.
Canopies set up on blacktop must be weighted down, and canopies set up on grass must be anchored securely into the ground.

We ask for a non-refundable donation of $25 for each 10′ x 10′ space.
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: In the event of bad weather, including lightning or other acts of nature beyond our control, the car show will be canceled. If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund, issued back through the same payment method used to pay for your space.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the event for any reason, including last-minute circumstances, no refund will be issued for your reserved space.

The car show will take place rain or shine.
