Color Backing & Filament Choice Notice:
Please note: If you choose a black or darker backing, the red color will not appear as vibrant or bright due to the darker background. This applies to all filament types, including PLA and ABS.
To achieve a brighter or more vibrant appearance on dark backings, the top layer would need to be painted in the color of your choice.
Color brightness and appearance may vary based on backing color, filament selection, and lighting conditions.
To ensure the red remains vivid and true to its intended color, we recommend and use a white backing. Additionally, depending on the filament type you select, the red shade may vary slightly—ranging from a pure red to a more orange-tinted hue. We would need to paint the top layer the color that you choose from the order to make it appear brighter.
Recommended Filament Choice
If you’re going with a white backing, we recommend choosing PETG filament. PETG tends to produce a shinier and brighter finish compared to ABS or PLA, which helps enhance the vibrancy of the red even further.
