This is a mirrored stainless steel or aluminum powder coating cover that mounts over the stock black plastic trim on your dash defrosters.
Made of stainless steel or aluminum, not some cheap plastic or vinyl. This product installs directly over factory parts and is not a replacement piece. There is no modification to your vehicle necessary.
The edges are not beveled are a straight laser cut and are made from 22 gauge stainless steel. Edges could be sharp when handling the defroster trim cover. For easy installation simply peel off the 3M tape and stick it into place.

Note: There may be some lines on the underside from handling, which you will not see once you install it on your Camaro. The Defroster Trim Bezel Cover will come with protecting vinyl just simply pull off the protective vinyl to expose the beautiful mirrored or brushed finish.There might be some residue from where the laser cut through the vinyl on the edges which, you can remove with 100% alcohol and a cotton pad. If you purchase one of our powder-coating ones it does not come with protective vinyl.
The powder coating does not have a clear coat as you would have on your car. You could smudge it or scratch it when handling it. We try and package and ship it so, it does not smudge or scratch.Very possible that there may be some imperfections in the power coating which is out of our control.
Disclaimer: If you purchase the mirrored ones it is possible depending on the sun that it could blind you from the reflection of the windshield and also when you are driving at night from the reflections of oncoming cars’ headlights. Camaros of Michigan does not want to be responsible if you get into an accident while driving your Camaro. Our mirrored products have a high mirrored finish when you remove the vinyl. Also, we normally don’t carry the powder-coated ones in stock it will have to be made for you so, shipping will be delayed.
