This is a mirrored stainless steel or powder coating cover which mounts over and around the trunk bowtie, located in the back of the car. Or if you have no bowtie we have ones that don’t have the bowtie cut out.
Made of stainless steel or aluminum, not some cheap plastic or vinyl. This product installs directly over factory parts and is not a replacement piece. There is no modification to your vehicle necessary. We have one that will fit around your trunk bowtie or if you removed your bowtie we have one without the bowtie cut out. This will hide the truck holes from the removal of your bowtie on some models.
The edges are not beveled and are a straight laser cut and are made from 22 gauge stainless steel thin enough so you can form it around the trunk. We have rolled this to contour your trunk but, from shipping, you might have to bend it a bit to adjust around your truck. If you have one power coated from us it will be 22 gauge aluminum. Edges could be sharp when handling the trunk cover. Easy installation just peel off the adhesive and stick it into place. Please follow the installation instructions before installing it on your Camaro.

Note: The Trunk Trim Cover will come with protecting vinyl just simply pull off the protective vinyl to expose the beautiful mirrored or brushed finish. There might be some residue from where the laser cut through the vinyl on the edges which, you can remove with 100% alcohol and a cotton pad.The powder coating does not have a clear coat as you would have on your car. You could smudge it or scratch it when handling it. We try and package and ship it so, it does not smudge or scratch.Very possiable that there may be some imperfections in the power coating which is out of our control.If you want to remove it from your trunk, Camaros of Michigan is not responsible for any damage to your trunk deck paint or clear coat from the adhesive tape.
